Experience in Linux/RTOS Internals (VxWorks is preferred), Board Support Packages, Board Bringup, Device Drivers
Experience in Multi threaded development environment
Experience in Ethernet, Layer 2/Layer 3/MPLS protocols(VLAN, LAG, ERPS, CFM, OSPF/ISIS/BGP, PIM/MLD/IGMP), Layer 2/QoS and Layer 3/MPLS Forwarding features
Experience in ASIC datapath architechture e,g Broadcom, Marvel etc..,
Experience in development of Highly Available systems
Experience with Software Upgrades, Database Migration
Excellent programming skills in C / C++, Data structures
Development with Real time OS, Embedded Linux
Abstraction Layer design and development
Experience with protocol test equipment and tools
Strong with Quality processes
Exposure to extreme programming practices
Must have very good PowerPoint & Visio skills
Mentor and motivate a team of highly skilled professionals
Exposure to NETCONF and YANG.
Experience : 18 to 25 Years
