Urgent Hiring || Procurement Engineer || Gurgaon


Profile:- Procurement Engineer

Experience- 1 years

Ctc- upto 3.6 lpa

Location-gurgaon

Working Days- 6 days


Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Identification and Evaluation:

  • Assist in identifying potential suppliers for technical components and materials.
  • Support the evaluation of suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

Purchasing and Order Management:

  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery timelines.
  • Ensure that purchased items meet the required technical specifications and quality standards.

Collaboration with Engineering and Production Teams:

  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand technical requirements.
  • Assist in translating technical specifications into procurement requirements.

Cost Analysis and Budgeting:

  • Support cost analysis for various components and materials.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and cost control efforts.

Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that arise.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in preparing reports on procurement performance and cost savings.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards.
  • Support quality inspections and address any discrepancies with suppliers.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics or Electrical).

• Basic understanding of engineering concepts like Power Electronics Systems and technical drawings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Eagerness to learn and develop within the procurement field.
