Overview: The Java FullStack Lead plays a vital role in our organization by leading a teamof developers to design develop and deliver highquality softwaresolutions. This role is crucial in driving the technical vision andensuring the successful implementation of full stack developmentprojects.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead a team ofdevelopers in the design development and implementation of fullstack software solutions
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to understand requirements and provide technicalsolutions
  • Define technical architecture andensure adherence to best practices
  • Conduct codereviews and provide technical guidance to teammembers
  • Optimize applications for maximum speedand scalability
  • Develop and maintain backendand frontend components
  • Implement security anddata protection measures
  • Troubleshoot and debugtechnical issues
  • Drive continuous improvementand innovation in full stack developmentprocesses
  • Stay updated with industry trends andbest practices in full stackdevelopment
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science or a related field
  • Provenexperience in leading and mentoring a team of full stackdevelopers
  • Strong proficiency in Java andrelated frameworks such as Spring
  • Expertise infrontend technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworkssuch as Angular
  • Experience in developingRESTful web services and APIs
  • Indepth knowledgeof database technologies and SQL
  • Experiencewith agile development methodologies andtools
  • Excellent problemsolving and analyticalskills
  • Ability to communicate effectively andwork collaboratively in a teamenvironment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage andprioritize multiple projects anddeadlines
