JOB SUMMARY

Support Developer

Oncall ShiftThe Servicing Systems Support Developer provides application support for Loan Servicing. The supportposition will include troubleshooting errors, researching problems and/or questions, performing specialrequests for the end users, performing SQL updates, make small programming changes, and performadministrative configuration changes. May also work on small projects and enhancements as timepermits or needs arise. Must be able to balance performing multiple tasks and/or items at the sametime.Experience levels3 plus years in AS400 application developmentEducation levelsBachelors degree in Computer science/IT/Engineering or a related field.SkillsRPGCLPDB/2SDA,RLUSQL/400SQLRPGLECOBOL is plus , optionalTools like RDi, Hawkeye, Surveyor/400,xAnalysis is plus , optionalWork TimingsGeneral Shift

10 AM to 7:00 PM , flexible timingsOncall Shift- 6 to 8 weeks in a year in Oncall Roster . 2 weeks at a timeo Shift timing 4:00 AM to 1 PM IST , 5 days a weeko Weekend 12 hours. 4 AM-4 PM OR 4 PM-4 AM

Only Oncall support , no regular work

ResponsibilitiesHandle oncall production supportHandle regular workstream of Research incidents and fixes/enhancements when there is no oncall issueDesign, code, test, debug and document software according to systems standards, policies and,procedures, security and compliance requirements.Analyzing business requirements, processes, data sets and systems to determine and suggestappropriate solutions.Providing support to the application by troubleshooting and resolve system errors.Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve under pressure for short durations.Perform application configuration changes using established procedures.Provide documentation, information, and perform special requests as requested for changes andongoing processes.Provide regular time tracking and issue/task feedback data as requested.Communicate in a positive manner with team members
