Are you passionate about influencer marketing and skilled in researching, negotiation, and content ideation?

, a leading brand in the grooming industry, is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team in Pune as an Influencer Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential influencers aligned with UrbanGabru's brand values and target audience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships and contracts to maximize brand exposure and ROI.
  • Collaborate with influencers to generate engaging and creative content ideas that resonate with our audience and align with brand messaging.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize influencer partnerships and drive business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and strategic mindset, with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Pune, India.
