Position: SAP Specialist Location: Churchgate Company: Mafatlal Industries Ltd Website : Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Specialist to manage day-to-day SAP entries, PO & Sales Order maintenance, pricing updates, MIS support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong accuracy, follow-up skills, and hands-on experience in SAP modules. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry in SAP across relevant modules. Create and update Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders in the system. Maintain and update pricing , discounts, and other master data in SAP. Prepare and share MIS reports related to sales, dispatch, and operations. Coordinate and track dispatch activities with logistics and warehouse teams. Follow up with transporters/Vendors for shipment status, documentation, and timely delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Logistics) for order processing. Raise requests, forms, or approvals required for order execution. Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company processes. Support audits, documentation, and data validation as required. Skills & Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 3-4 years of experience in SAP data entry or similar role (preferred). Hands-on experience with SAP MM/SD module (must). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under timelines with high accuracy. Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
