Ltd. is seeking a talented Servo Motion Control Specialist with 5–10 years of experience in automation, robotics, and advanced motion systems.Key Responsibilities:- Selection, installation, and tuning of servo motors, drives, and controllers- Programming and configuring motion controllers/PLCs (Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)- Integration and maintenance of LM Guideways, Gantry & Precision Track Systems- Implementing multi-axis synchronized motion control with high precision- Working with feedback systems (encoders, resolvers, sensors)- Troubleshooting servo and motion system faults, ensuring reliability and performanceDesired Skills:- Strong background in mechatronics, automation, and control systems- Expertise in PID tuning, trajectory planning, inertia/load matching- Knowledge of linear motion guideways, gantry track systems, and structural alignment- Proficiency in Harnessing & Cable Routing for motion systems- Hands-on with 3D Modelling & SolidWorks Electrical for design and integration- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus, CANopen)- Experience with CNCs, robotics, or simulation platforms (HILS, flight/target motion simulators)Location: Hyderabad, India✨ Experience: 5–10 yearsEmail: : Be a part of our journey in advanced engineering, defense simulators, and industrial automation.
