We enable developers, brokers, and real-estate businesses to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and unlock new growth opportunities.We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to lead our accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and support the company’s rapid growth.Role OverviewThe Accounts Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, manage statutory compliance, and support strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & ReportingManage end-to-end accounting processes including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and reconciliations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.Monitor revenue recognition and subscription billing (if applicable).Budgeting & ForecastingAssist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and variance analysis.Track expenditure against budget and highlight deviations to management.Compliance & ControlsEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.Strengthen internal financial controls and streamline accounting systems/processes.Cash Flow & Vendor ManagementOversee cash flow management, banking operations, and fund planning.Manage vendor payments, negotiations, and reconciliation.Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for client payments.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to provide financial insights.Support business decisions with data-driven analysis and financial modeling.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.CA/Inter CA preferred (not mandatory).Experience4–8 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in SaaS/tech or real estate domains.Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.SkillsProficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to work in a fast-scaling proptech environment.Ownership and autonomy in building financial systems from the ground up.Collaborative, growth-focused work culture.How to ApplyInterested candidates may share their resume at with the subject line “Application for Accounts Manager – (Your Name)”.
