Tech. Lead – Full stackWhat does a successful Tech. Lead do at Fiserv?Lead Technical Development: Take charge of guiding the development team in building innovative solutions. Hands-On Contribution: Actively contribute to coding and architecture, leveraging full-stack expertise. Seamless Integration: Ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end technologies for efficient product delivery.What you will do:Responsible for driving Java based application design and development.Design and develop distributed, highly scalable, efficient, and fault-tolerant systems focused on creating solutions using Microservice architecture.Design and Build Solutions and Platforms for enterprise-wide reuse.Participating in development activities with onshore resources.Conducting technical walkthroughs with all stakeholders.Should be well versed with identifying, defining, measuring metrics across SDLC phases through tools and demonstrate value added performance baselines and continual improvements.Build proof of concepts, Design application using industry best practices and standardsInfluence and implement best practices, solutions and processesWork in agile teams to deliver user stories on time and at high quality.Mentor and train junior associates on technology and application stacks.What you will need to have:8 to10+ years of experience in Java/ J2EE developmentStrong working experience on Java/ J2EE technologies like Spring 6.0, Spring boot, Spring Micro services, Spring JPA, Spring Web flux, Hibernate etc.Experience in JSON, Swagger, REST APIs, XML, XML Schemas, and Web Service technologyExperience working in Oracle DatabaseExperience working in event driven architecture, Kafka, data streams etc.Strong cloud foundation (Azure/AWS/PCF/OCP).Experience working on Devops and SCM tools - Jenkins, Gitlab, Github, HarnessExperience working on containers and container management – Docker & KubernetesWhat would be great to have:Experience working on front end technologies – Angular, React, Javascript, HTML etc.OpenShiftDevOps tools and componentsApply using your legal nameComplete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).What you should know about us:Fiserv is a global leader in payments and financial technology with more than 40,000 associates proudly serving clients in more than 100 countries.
