About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and driven individual to support the operations of two exciting and growing ventures, both founded by the same person: House of Vian

– a luxury handcrafted accessories brand Drishtti Dreamscappee

– a thriving Airbnb management business

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of coordination, communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen aesthetic sense.

Responsibilities – House of Vian (Fashion & Accessories): Maintain and regularly update the

inventory sheet

across platforms Coordinate and upload

new products

on Shopify website and partner platforms (Aza, Pernia's, etc.) Assist in

merchandising

and basic marketing coordination (e.g., photoshoots) Liaise with vendors for

sampling, production follow-ups , and deliveries Contacting other brands and companies for Collaborative relationships to market the brand Building a relationship with PR agencies and Stylists for any footwear sourcing requests. Building a relationship with wedding planners with the brand for collaborative wedding favours.

Responsibilities – Drishtti Dreamscappee (Airbnb Business): Assist the Founder in coordinating with guests– messages on the app, ensuring a smooth booking and check in process. Coordinate with on-ground

caretakers for

quick issue resolution Oversee stocking of amenities, and minor operations of Airbnb homes Excellent communication with guests to ensure they feel welcome, and eventually drop a 5 star rating. (Basic training for the role will be provided. It just requires attention to details and good communication skills)

Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication in English and Hindi (spoken and written) Proficiency in Excel Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities Organized and reliable; able to multitask A basic understanding of fashion or interior styling is a plus Prior experience in merchandising is a plus.
