Family members, Insurance and mobile expensesOverall Experience: 3+ years (L2), 8+ years (L3)Skills: Storage Administration (SAN, NAS, ECS), ITIL Processes, Incident Management, Service Now, Dell EMC, CiscoRequisites:Provide L2/L3 level support for Storage (SAN, NAS, ECS or MF DASD + TAPE) in a mission-critical banking environment.Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using runbooks.Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in Service Now/BMC.Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under change and supervision.Escalate to L2/L3 with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.Participate in DR/BCP drills to maintain platform readiness.Strong documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders.Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.Certifications (Preferred):Dell/EMC, Net App, HPE Storage certifications (Associate/Professional).Brocade/Cisco SAN certifications; AWS S3/Object Storage fundamentals (nice-to-have).Interested?
