Responsibilities:

  • Lead NetSuite projects involving strategy, architecture, process improvements, and implementation support
  • Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation support, and technical success
  • Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
  • Collaborate and communicate with the executive team to facilitate on-time and on-budget project delivery
  • Interact with executive-level clients, assessing clients’ goals and the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations



Requirements:

  • A minimum of twelve years of experience with NetSuite implementations with deep knowledge of Advanced NetSuite modules and ERP business process knowledge; NetSuite ERP Certification is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture Analysis, Data Analysis knowledge base in operations and systems evaluation
  • Experience in managing large projects and team members, and the ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
  • Excellent team-building, mentoring, and leadership abilities
  • Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing end-to-end
  • Background in accounting, finance, or manufacturing is considered a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through previous work experiences or achievements
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or on-site implementations when necessary.
