Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth of our fertilizer portfolio across Southeast Asian markets. The role involves developing and executing market entry strategies, building strong distribution networks, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for fertilizer products across Southeast Asia.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, channel partners, and institutional buyers in target markets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with government agencies, agri-input associations, and key industry stakeholders.

Business Planning & Forecasting

  • Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets for each market.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales data and market trends to management.
  • Develop pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and margin expectations.

Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for fertilizer products in each country.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure smooth execution of market plans.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in agri-input sales, preferably fertilizers or crop nutrition products.
  • Prior experience in Southeast Asian markets (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines) strongly preferred.
