Position Overview/ Job Summary - HyderabadFull Stack Developer, primarily focused on

.NET development + React JS

. Work as a Development Engineer to develop new features and reports. Design solutions for customer requirements (functional and technical)ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in the development of new features for various clients following the design guidelinesPlay a key role in Upgrading custom artefacts to latest versions; Designing Reports; Solutioning Scripting requestsPlay a key role in providing solutions regarding performance-based escalationPlay a key role in analysing the customer requirements and providing solutions that are following the guidelines of theproduct in at least one project type (Productization / Customization / Scripting / Reporting / Upgrades)Capturing lessons learnt from the projects and share the best practices with the architects to enhance the process to ensure the lessons are appliedProvide design and solutions which meet all the quality, performance and security guidelines of the product and ensures existing features do not regressProvide technical and functional guidance to the team where neededProvide high quality codeProvide quality feedback during code reviewProvide timely bug fixes as applicable to respective customer needUnit test the code thoroughly, using automated unit testing toolsDocument the changes made ComprehensivelyDeliver the work in committed time with good qualitySupport in Customer UAT till Go-LiveParticipate in agile development process, techniques, and technologyCollaborate with other engineers to design web pages, database objects etc., do code reviews and brainstorm solutionsCollaborate within a project team to optimize performance of complex software systems. Troubleshoot and resolve problems.Collaborate with QA team to coordinate testing strategies and implementationCollaborate with PS Consulting to coordinate scope and implementation; PS Consulting could be in any timezone based on the customer locationCollaborate with the Customer for supporting the developed feature / change demonstrationsCollaborate with Cloud operations, customer support, quality assurance and others, as neededRequirements (Must-Haves)Bachelors or master’s in computer science or a related field.5+ years of enterprise software development experience in Microsoft technology stack including but not limited to

.NET framework, React JS, Angular JS, Sql Server, MVCStrong analytical skills and

object-orientated design

capabilitiesStrong leadership skills and mentoring abilitiesGood troubleshooting skillsAble to thrive in a fast paced, high energy and fun agile work environment and deliver value incrementally and frequentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain good working relationshipsInnovative, resourceful, passionate about creating high-quality, high performance and highly available softwareEnthusiastic in providing logical solutionsRequirements (Nice-to-Have)Mobile DevelopmentJasper Reporting
