Job Description:
We seek a passionate and innovative Creative Content Developer specializing in Design Thinking to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and educational content for school children from 4th to 10th standard. This role requires a blend of creativity, academic insight, and a deep understanding of design thinking principles to develop modules that inspire and educate young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive and interactive design thinking modules tailored for students in grades 4-10.
- Create lesson plans, activities, and educational content that promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with educational standards and objectives.
- Utilize multimedia tools and platforms to create engaging and accessible learning materials.
- Continuously assess and refine content based on feedback from educators and students.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in design thinking and educational methodologies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design (B Des), Fine Arts, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in design thinking or educational technology are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing educational content, preferably for school children in the 4th to 10th standard range.
- Proven track record of creating innovative and effective educational modules or curriculum.
- Strong understanding of design thinking principles and their application in an educational context.
- Proficiency in using design software and educational technology tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Skills required:
Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop unique educational experiences that captivate young learners.
Educational Insight: Understanding of pedagogical principles and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using digital tools and platforms for content creation, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and learning management systems.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of educators, designers, and developers.
Adaptability: Willingness to iterate on content based on feedback and changing educational needs.
