Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager for our offshore team in India, you will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Manage the offshore team, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with onshore and offshore teams.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and productivity enhancements.

Allocate resources effectively to maximize project outcomes.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing appropriate measures for improvement.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality assurance processes.

Escalate issues and concerns to appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution.

Drive a culture of innovation by actively participating in idea generation and problem-solving sessions.

Demonstrate thought leadership in applying technology to address complex challenges.

Understanding the customer pain area and driving the team to address them with providing solution, planning and implementing them.

Drive the culture of level of engagements with customer and ensure communication is improved and effective with all levels in all meetings.

Prepare and deliver detailed project status reports, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Implement productivity measurement tools and methodologies to optimize team performance.

Implement and manage timesheet processes to track team members' efforts and project costs.

Ensure the onboarding of new team members to BPK and to customer system is completed on time and new team members are engaged during initial phase.

Defining and maintaining the documentation like KT and onboarding documentation, innovations documents etc. which are relevant to patterson.

Tapping the new opportunities within a project to see patterson is consistently growing and we as a team growing in terms of people, process and solving complex problems.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

10+ years of experience in project or delivery management.

Strong experience with Scrum.

Leadership and excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Cross-cultural and remote team management skills.

Technical knowledge in relevant domains.

Domain knowledge in dentistry domain is added advantage.

Adaptability and resilience to handle complex project challenges.
