Job Summary:At Predigle, we are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Automation Tester & QA Specialist with experience in software testing. This roleinvolves both developing automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency and conducting thorough manual testing to ensure our softwareproducts meet and exceed industry standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our software's functionality andreliability through comprehensive testing strategies.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or similar.Conduct detailed automated and manual testing to assess software’s functionality, reliability, scalability, and performance.Work closely with the development team to understand system specifications for creating targeted test plans.Maintain and enhance test frameworks and continuously improve automated testing setups.Analyze test results, pinpoint system failures, and effectively document software defects.Manage testing schedules and ensure timely completion of testing phases.Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues and refine product quality.Stay abreast of new technologies and testing practices to improve team capabilities and outcomes.

Qualifications :1 to 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing.Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java, and skilled in the use of automation tools like Selenium or QTP.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including test case management and defect tracking.Experience in writing detailed, structured test plans and cases for both automated and manual testing.Ability to troubleshoot, document, and track issues efficiently.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of working effectively in a hybrid work environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
