About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Specialist / Analyst to protect our organization's IT infrastructure, data, and digital assets from cyber threats. The role involves monitoring systems, identifying vulnerabilities, developing preventive measures, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, detect, and respond to potential cyber threats, malware, and unauthorized access.
  • Implement and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint security, and SIEM tools.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies, protocols, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or other industry standards as required.
  • Investigate and document security incidents, breaches, and mitigation steps.
  • Provide security awareness training to employees and promote safe digital practices.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, and management teams for incident response and disaster recovery planning.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ELK, etc.).
  • Proficiency in vulnerability scanning & penetration testing tools (Nessus, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Wireshark).
  • Strong understanding of encryption, authentication, VPNs, and PKI.
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Incident detection, response, and forensic investigation skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CompTIA Security+.
  • Experience in DevSecOps / Secure Software Development.
  • Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms and SOC operations.
  • Hands-on with security automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
