Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales for Hotel Resort brand at HIDECK Glamp located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in hospitality or related industry is MUST


This is an Inbound voice process for leads generated through online marketing activities of HIDECK Glamp. Candidates need to talk to potential guests, understand their requirements, suggest best suited property and take forward the conversation.

Amazing Communication skills, both spoken and writing is aMUST

Offered CTC: Rs. 20000 to 25000 in hand

Working days 6 days working - Wednesday to Monday working, Tuesday Off. This is fixed as its hotel industry with full working on weekends.


Role & responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide detailed information about the resort's facilities, services, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Promote special packages, promotions, and upsell additional amenities to enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure a positive guest experience by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Utilize the resort's reservation system to manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
  • Keep abreast of room availability, rates, and promotions.
  • Update and report daily sales tracker to Reservations Sales manager
