Summary
DEME is looking for a Lead Software Engineer. Apart from the development related tasks, you will also be responsible for team management, monitoring, reporting and proper and timely project execution. Your expertise will be needed to lead a team of developers who will be responsible for building new applications as well as supporting existing applications and services.
DEME General ICT India Apply nowYour responsibilities Your profile Our offer Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications and features Ensure the quality, performance, security, and scalability of the software products Collaborate with other developers, architects, project managers, and stakeholders Research and evaluate new technologies and best practices Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot defects Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience, preferably in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Solid experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using Azure Integration Services. Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management. Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT, etc.). Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and experience with Microsoft Azure services. Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, etc.). Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and tools, such as BizTalk Server, is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
