Position Summary:We are seeking an Associate Bank Loan Closer with 5 years of experience, preferably acquired at a buy-side firm, and solid bank loan settlement experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn and interact across our Middle Office teams. In addition, you will have exposure and interaction with our trading desk.Responsibilities:- Oversight of all bank loan settlements based on the assigned issuers including -- Managing open trades with counterparties / agents for execution- Cash management across warehouses / funds ahead of settlements- Weekly open trade reporting- Working with vendor regarding all bank loan settlements and answering queriesQualifications:- 3-5 years in a similar role at a buy-side firm.- Excellent communications skills- Strong Excel and technology skills- Knowledge of bank loan operations- Knowledge of Bank Loan closings, restructurings, and other non-vanilla transactions- Knowledge of Wall Street Office administrator or other portfolio administration system modules is strongly preferred
