We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer for an advertising company in Gurugram Haryana.

Job Summary :


As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and dynamic animations to enhance various multimedia projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will transform concepts into engaging motion graphics that effectively convey the intended message and align with brand standards.


Key Responsibilities :


Conceptualization and Design :

  • Interpret project briefs and translate concepts into visually compelling motion graphics.
  • Design and create animations using industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ensure that motion graphics align with project objectives and brand guidelines.

Animation Production :

  • Produce high-quality animations with a focus on creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate with video editors, illustrators, and other team members to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into multimedia projects.
  • Follow project timelines and meet deadlines for animation deliverables.

Creative Collaboration :

  • Work closely with creative directors, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine motion graphic designs.

Technical Proficiency :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques related to motion graphics.
  • Continuously improve skills in animation, visual effects, and design.
  • Ensure that animations are optimized for various platforms and devices.

Quality Assurance :

  • Conduct self-reviews and quality checks to ensure that motion graphics meet established standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in collaboration with team members.

Communication :

  • Effectively communicate ideas and concepts through visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to multimedia projects.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a motion graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse projects.
  • Proficient in using industry-standard software such as After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, design elements, and visual storytelling.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
