Role Description
This is a volunteer role as a Trip Captain at The Trippers. As a Trip Captain, your day-to-day tasks will involve organizing and leading trips for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth travel experience, coordinating itinerary details, and providing guidance and support throughout the trip. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will be primarily located in New Delhi and need to travel with guest to Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle diverse groups of travelers
- Knowledge of travel planning and logistics
- Experience in customer service and problem-solving
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
- Passion for travel and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for others
- Foreign language skills are a plus
