With a strong focus on entrepreneurship, T-Hub has emerged as the preferred innovation partner for leading public and private sector organizations.What will you do?Company SecretarialAssist ina) Preparation of notices, agendas, and minutes for Board, Committee, and General Meetings;b) Maintaining statutory registers and records;c) Drafting routine eFilings with RoC and correspondence;d) Supporting in preparation of compliance documents and regulatory returns under the Companies Act, 2013 and other regulatory requirements.Policy drafting/reviewing/document managementa) Assist in draft internal policies/SOPs/templates/checklistsb) Document managementLegal knowledgea) Good working knowledge on drafting/reviewing/executing legal documents such as agreements/NDAs/MoUs etc.b) Effectively coordinating with user teams in negotiating legal clauses of counter partiesc) Should strike a good balance between legal compliance and operational requirementsStakeholder communicationa) facilitating smooth communication and documentation flow between the organization and statutory/government authorities.b) Responding to queries received from Government of TelanganaServing Startup companiesa) Possessing a strong service mindset, with the willingness to set aside designated office hours to support startup companies in the relevant area of function.Educational Background- Associate Company Secretary (ACS) aspirant. (Semi-qualified CS and/or LLB is desirable)- Graduate in Commerce discipline.Years of Relevant Experience / Work Experience – Role Types0–2 years of relevant experience in company secretarial, or corporate governance support roles.Experience in Section 8 companies or entities dealing with government correspondence will be an added advantage.Preferred Professional Background / Relevant Sector Experience- Section 8 companies / not-for-profit organizations.- Corporate governance and compliance functions.- Secretarial firms or organizations interacting with government departments or regulatory bodies.
