Your Role at MuscleMind.ai

As our Full Stack Developer, you'll play a critical role in MuscleMind.ai's Engineering Team, building and optimizing our AI-powered CRM platform. You’ll develop robust, scalable solutions to enhance customer engagement, automate processes, and streamline business operations.

Your Journey With Us Will Revolve Around

Full Stack Development: Build and maintain high-performance web applications with seamless front-end and back-end functionality.

Feature Development & Optimization: Implement and refine CRM features to enhance automation, data management, sales tracking, and user experience.

Performance & Scalability: Ensure our platform’s performance and scalability as our client base grows.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Sales teams to understand user needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and troubleshooting to deliver high-quality, reliable code.

Front-end: React.js

Back-end: Node.js, Python, REST APIs

Database: PostgreSQL, Supabase

API Integrations: OpenAI API

AI Engineer Job Requirements

1. Front-End Technologies

- HTML & CSS: Proficient in web structure and styling.- CSS Frameworks: Experience with Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, or Material-UI for responsive design.- JavaScript: Strong skills for dynamic content and user interactions.- ;React.js: Experience in building scalable UIs with React and state management tools (e.g., Redux or Context API).

;2. Back-End Technologies

- ;Python: Expertise in Python for AI model development and backend programming.- ;Django/Flask: Knowledge of Django for scalable applications or Flask for lightweight microservices.- ;Relational Databases: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.- ;RESTful APIs: Ability to design and implement APIs for efficient data exchange.

;3. Cloud Services

- ;AWS/Azure: Experience with cloud platforms for deployment and scaling.- ;Cloud Deployment: Understanding of serverless architectures, cloud databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

;4. DevOps

- ;Docker: Proficiency in containerization for consistent development and deployment.- ;CI/CD: Familiarity with automated testing and deployment processes.

;5. Version Control

- ;Git & GitHub: Expertise in version control systems and collaborative coding practices.

;6. AI/ML Skills

- ;Generative AI: Experience with models like GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.- ;Machine Learning: Solid understanding of algorithms (e.g., regression, clustering).- ;Deep Learning: Hands-on experience with CNNs, RNNs, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.- ;NLP: Expertise in text processing, sentiment analysis, and language models.

;7. AI/ML Frameworks

- ;Pandas & NumPy: Data manipulation and numerical analysis.- ;Scikit-learn: Experience with machine learning models and evaluation techniques.- ;LangChain, spaCy, NLTK: Familiarity with NLP libraries for conversational agents and text processing.

;4. Maintenance & Optimization

- ;Optimize code for performance and maintain AI systems for efficiency and reliability.
