With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Cucumber, along with basic knowledge of Java programming. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, automating regression tests, and ensuring the overall quality of our applications.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Web Driver and Java.- Create and execute performance/load test scenarios using Apache JMeter.- Develop and maintain BDD test scenarios using Cucumber.- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.- Participate in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect reporting.- Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide detailed reports.- Maintain documentation related to test automation and test execution.- Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation practices.-Required Skills & Qualifications:- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java (OOP concepts, writing classes and methods).- Experience with Selenium Web Driver for UI automation testing.- Hands-on experience with Cucumber (Gherkin syntax, feature files).- Experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Test NG or JUnit.- Understanding of SDLC and STLC.- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.-Nice to Have:- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI).- Knowledge of REST API testing using Postman or REST-assured.- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.-Educational Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.-Important Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:- You have less than 8 years or more than 12 years of experience.- You are on a notice period longer than 15 days- You are looking for remote only (role is hybrid in Pune)- You are a fresher or unrelated background (e.g., support, testing only, non-Java roles)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
