We specialize in strategic advisory, shareholder engagement, and proxy solicitation with a focus on capital markets. As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and detail-oriented Head - Operations to spearhead our operations, lead cross-functional teams, and be the linchpin between clients, internal teams and external stakeholders.

Role Overview

As Head-Operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of our backend operations and project teams. You will:

  • Oversee deal execution and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Communicate with clients and investment bankers, presenting clear, actionable status reports.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership across multiple project teams.
  • Bring operational efficiency, maintain strong control over ongoing deals, and report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day backend operations.
  • Interface with clients and investment bankers to provide structured deal updates and final presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
  • Manage multiple teams working on projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track and report KPIs, operational metrics, and execution performance.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to define expansion plans and scale operations efficiently.
  • Ensure quality control and timeliness in all reporting and client deliverables.
  • Contribute actively to business development and investor relations support.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, deal management, or capital markets.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams across financial services or consulting domains.
  • Strong understanding of stock markets, regulatory dynamics, and deal structures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders and financial institutions.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution in a growth-stage environment.
  • CA and/or MBA in Finance or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Time

9.45 am to 6.45pm

Only Sunday off / Mon to Sat compulsory working.

Salary : up to 18 lpa depends on last draw and skills.
