Job Description An Associate / Senior Associate serves as a key member of the team, conducting comprehensive secondary research, analysing findings and generating insights aligned with client objectives. This role offers exceptional career progression opportunities within the biopharma consulting sector. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Research & Analysis - Define problem statement and initial hypothesis, designing an optimal approach for in-depth research. Should be able to structure and present data using relevant frameworks, and generate insights aligned with the client objective and business context • Project Delivery - Supports production of high-quality client deliverables and final reports, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex consulting projects • Market Analysis - Support comprehensive market assessment and trend analysis across subsegments, therapy areas to assess market attractiveness, competitive landscapes, pipeline assets and product portfolio, technologies, etc. Should be able to translate complex clinical and commercial data into actionable business insights • Communication - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and recommendations to internal stakeholders/ clients. Should be able to communicate complex pharmaceutical concepts clearly and persuasively Qualifications • Education: o Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, (. Pharm/ B. Tech (Biotech)/B. E(Biotech) required o Advanced degrees (M. Tech./ M. Pharm/ MBA) preferred • Experience: o Associate/Research Analyst role: 2-3 years of relevant experience o Senior Associate/Associate Consultant: 4-6 years relevant experience• Technical Skills: o Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Power Point and Excel, with strong capabilities in data visualization, report writing, and presentation development o Strong working knowledge of key pharma and medical data sources, including public databases (e.g., Clinical Trials.gov, Pub Med, FDA, EMA) and commercial platforms (e.g., Citeline, Evaluate Pharma, Pharma Tell) o Understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics and regulatory environments Skills & attributes: • Domain Expertise: o Hands-on experience in Biopharmaceuticals and Biosimilars consulting and strategyoriented projects o Strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and drug development lifecycle o Deep understanding of commercialization process, particularly for Biopharmaceuticals and Biosimilars • Professional Skills: o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Strong interpersonal skills with active listening capabilities o Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independe
