Knowledge and Skills Requirements:- 0- 5 years of experience with Scrum and other Agile development methods- Combination of deep technical knowledge and product focused mindset- Ability to direct a team and create an environment which supports generating and sharing creative ideas and solutions- Understanding of and desire to strive for technical excellence- Understanding of the business and demonstrated commercial acumen using commercial language that presents knowledge activities in the context of business objectives with budgets and ROI as key metrics.- Ability to assert ideas and influence others to gain support and commitment- Understands the role and operations of other major business areas as subject matter experts that intersect and integrate under at least one of the followingo B2B/B2C, (Retail or CPG)o Bespoke Platforms for marketplaces,o Healthtech Platforms,o FinTech Platforms oro EnergyTech Platforms
