Company Overview:

SAN Automotive Industries specializes in the manufacturing of sheet metal stampings and metal fabrication tools and components. We supply renowned OEMs such as Maruti Suzuki, JCB, Hero, Honda, Mitsuba, Denso, and others. With a commitment to innovation and efficiency, we are transitioning from manual data management to leveraging Tally ERP 9 for enhanced operational capabilities.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Specialist to establish and manage our IT department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a strong background in implementing and optimizing Tally ERP 9 systems. This role is pivotal in streamlining our data management processes, ensuring seamless integration across our plants, and maximizing the utilization of Tally ERP 9.

Key Responsibilities:Design and implement a comprehensive plan for Tally ERP 9 implementation across the organization.Map out the stock movement and data flow within the company to optimize Tally usage.Set up and configure Tally ERP 9 systems to eliminate manual data entry and ensure real-time data processing.Integrate Tally ERP 9 across multiple plants to facilitate centralized data management and reporting.Train and support users on Tally ERP 9 functionalities to maximize efficiency and accuracy.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.Establish data security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement IT solutions accordingly.Maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and user manuals.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience (2-3 years) in implementing and managing Tally ERP 9 systems.Strong understanding of stock movement, data flow, and process optimization within manufacturing environments.Proficiency in configuring and customizing Tally ERP 9 to meet specific organizational needs.Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Tally ERP 9 or equivalent ERP systems.Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries is a plus.Familiarity with ERP integration and data migration processes.
