Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in the Artificial Intelligence industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful AI program management.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving program delivery.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage AI programs from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program requirements and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain program momentum.
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, optimizing efficiency and productivity within AI programs.
  • Monitor program performance and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation within AI program management practices, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to program teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Certification required:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
