Job Location- BangaloreYears of Work Experience- 4-12 yearsDate of Virtual interview- 14-Nov-25Job Title: SAP ISU FICA FunctionalMain Job Purpose: This is for ISU Support, Maintenance and Enhancement projects.Responsibilities include:- Working with a team of 4-5 ISU FICA Functional Consultants - Handling of Incident and Change Request - Familiar with SLA - Working with deadlines - Co-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with Customers - Delivery within budgetCandidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support/Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU FICA Functional Consultant.Technical knowledge & Experience required:Qualifications:- First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software development and IT experience of 2 to 6 years.Domain / TechnicalThe detailed configuration of the following FI-CA components:- Dunning - Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns) - Account Determination - Settlement/Clearing Rules - Collection Agencies - Write-Offs / Value Adjustments - Refunds - Security Deposits - Instalment Plans - BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage - Life Cycle of an Open items - Payment Plan Knowledge - Tax - Knowledge of Batch jobs - Knowledge of Interface to Payment GatewaysOthers- Inclination to understand and learn application/business functionality - Good communicator, fast learner & a Team player - Attention to detail, disciplined and reliable - High motivation and confidence levelsDomain knowledge (Energy and Utilities) will be an advantage
