Role Description


The Salesforce Project Manager is a crucial member of our team, responsible for leading and delivering Salesforce implementation projects. This role entails managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop detailed plans, and ensure that deliverables align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the Salesforce ecosystem, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. A successful Salesforce Project Manager is adept at coordinating teams, managing client expectations, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.


Responsibilities:


Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation through completion.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary.

Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and clients.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future projects.


Required Qualifications and Skills:


10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other clouds.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations.

Excellent project management skills, including managing large, complex projects.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation

Team Building, Coaching and Management Skills

Must be having Salesforce certifications.

Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
