As a Senior Data Scientist at Intelligence Node, you will spearhead the application of advanced AI/ML in the retail and e-commerce space. With over a decade of experience, you will design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI systems that drive measurable business impact. You will lead initiatives in agentic AI, LLMs, computer vision, and neural architectures, building autonomous, intelligent pipelines that continuously learn, adapt, and optimize decision-making for retail intelligence at scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of data scientists, fostering innovation and best practices in AI/ML. Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems: Explore, design, and deploy agentic AI architectures (multi-agent collaboration, autonomous decision-making, orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom agent systems). LLM Innovation: Experiment with and operationalize Large Language Models (RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, prompt optimization, domain adaptation, agent integration). Computer Vision & Multimodal AI: Advance product recognition, OCR, embedding-based similarity, and visual transformers to improve catalog accuracy, image-based search, and content QA. Scalable Systems : Architect and deploy robust data pipelines and real-time AI services that handle large-scale retail/e-commerce datasets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to design AI solutions aligned with customer needs and revenue goals. Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends in LLMs, agentic AI, generative AI, multimodal models, and translate them into practical solutions for retail. Required Skill Set: 10+ years of proven experience in Data Science with leadership responsibilities. Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or C++, with expertise in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face). Deep expertise in transformers, BERT, GPT-based architectures, and neural networks. Hands-on experience in computer vision (CNNs, visual transformers, OCR, multimodal embeddings). Experience with LLMs and Agentic AI, including: Fine-tuning and deploying LLMs at scale. Building multi-agent AI systems (orchestration, role-based agents, autonomous workflows). Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Strong foundation in data engineering and scalable systems (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or similar). Deep domain expertise in retail & e-commerce ecosystems (pricing, assortment, personalization, catalog intelligence). Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams. Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, ML/AI, or related field. Preferred Attributes: Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.).
