Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and diligent candidate to execute the R&D Strategy for Havells Research & Innovation. Drive R&D’s Orbit shift strategy framework to achieve mid and long terms objectives. Job Location- Noida Experience- 2 to 4 Years Qualification- Postgraduate in Management + Engineering background Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing long-term R&D strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze market and technology trends to identify growth opportunities. Manage product portfolio and recommend project prioritization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies. Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. What We’re Looking For Strategic thinker with strong analytical and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Postgraduate in Management/Business Administration + Engineering background preferred. Passion for technology and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
