The Purchase Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials and services, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing time to time on-site requirements. The Purchase Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials for all projects and maintain good relationships with suppliers.Qualifications- Strong negotiation and communication skills- Experience in procurement and supply chain management- Experience in BOQ preparation- Ability to analyze and assess supplier performance- Inventory management and record-keeping skills- Proficient in MS Office and procurement software- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities- Problem-solving and decision-making skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
