As a Sales Transformation Manager, you will develop and execute General Trade Marke strategies for GCPL’s traditional trade in India, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, derive insights, and drive sales, distribution strategies, and impact analysis for business growth. General Trade Management strategy development: Define and refine the General Trade Management strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives Execute pilot on developing and improving the field force efficiency parameters and share clear value proposition and messaging strategy for the sales team Foster collaboration and communication across departments to achieve common General Trade Management objectives Market Research And Analysis Use data and insights to make informed decisions and refine the General Trade Management strategy as needed Performance Measurement Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the General Trade Management strategy Regularly track and report on the progress of the General Trade Management plan and make data-driven adjustments as needed Develop and manage channel partner and sales team engagement program and monitor the effectiveness of the same MBA from Tier 1 B-School Experience ~2+ years of experience Mix working knowledge of FMCG sales + project management is preferred Ability to be creative in using data to drive business decisions Ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive projects 6 months of paid leave for primary caregivers, flexible work options on return for primary caregivers ~2 months paid leave for secondary caregivers ~ Caregiver travel for primary caregivers to bring a caregiver and children under a year old, on work travel Gender-neutral anti-harassment policy Same sex partner benefits at par with married spouses Community partnerships and advocacy Persons with Disability (Pw D) care Comprehensive health insurance plans, as well as accident coverage for you and your family, with top-up options Outpatient Department (OPD) coverage, including vaccinations, dental, vision, etc. Flexible work options, including remote working and part-time work Mental wellness and self-care programmes, resources and counselling Structured recognition platforms for individual, team and business-level achievements Digital and offline instant recognition platforms.
