Jar Ready Cash is Jar's loan product with a 100% digital journey, no paperwork, and quick disbursals so that customers can access credit conveniently. With flexible repayments and help just a click away, customers don't have to break their savings when an emergency comes calling.

Nek is an affordable luxury jewelry brand that is powered by Jar. It is the culmination of what we know best; affordability, the value of gold, and crafting incredible connections. Nek's wide collection of silver and gold jewelry is made with meticulous artisanship to celebrate you and find the magic in every occasion.

Responsibilities

- You will model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management.- You will be closely working with the business/product teams to enable data-driven decision-making.- You will drive data-driven decision-making through the stakeholders.- You will be part of the the team who adopt new and innovative ways of solving business problems.- You will influence new opportunities for business based on internal/ external data.- Define, track, and report on the key product, business, and customer metrics.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelors in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.- 1-3 Years of experience in a relevant role.- Ability to breakdown any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved.- Penchant for business and persistence to work with data to derive insights.- Experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.- Ability to independently plan and execute deliveries.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)- Good to have: working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, Clevertap, Amplitude).
