Commercial Manager

Develop and Lead the Commercial Area:
Build and structure an efficient and motivated sales team.
Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Commercial Strategy and Analysis:
Conduct detailed market analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
Design and execute data-driven sales strategies.
Manage the commercial area's budget, including marketing expenses and incentive programs.
Relationships and Networking:
Leverage a strong network of contacts to open new business opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and potential distributors.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Introduce new technologies and innovative methods to improve the sales team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Constantly evaluate the product portfolio to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Execution and Supervision:
Oversee the implementation of commercial strategies and tactics.
Continuously monitor team performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a sales role within the pharmaceutical and medical products industry.
Education:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related fields.
Skills:
Analytical skills for detailed sales and market data analysis.
Experience in budget management, planning, and controlling marketing and incentive expenses.
Extensive network of contacts within the pharmaceutical and medical products industry.
Ability to introduce and manage new technologies and innovative methods in the sales process.
Leadership skills with experience in motivating and managing teams.
Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical products industry, including competitors and market dynamics.
