The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Conducting analysis and valuations in order to make recommendations regarding investment strategy.
  • Creating detailed reports and presentations for marketing purposes.

The Profile

  • Associate needs to have knowledge and hands-on experience on campaign builds using Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Understanding and execution of campaign across various channels like Email, SMS and direct mail.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, campaign management and customer journey is necessary.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience to query and analyze the data.
  • Good communication skills and able to work as one team.
  • Need to work along with onshore stake holders and understand the requirement to develop and deploy campaigns.
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively.
  • Sound business and data technologies acumen.
  • Focused and versatile leader who is comfortable to deliver under pressure.
  • Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex assignments.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills to executive level audience.
  • Good Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally, good listener.
