With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and detail, our team brings together diverse expertise to deliver impactful, design-led solutions.About the Role:We are looking for a qualified Architect to join our Bhubaneswar studio with 1–3 years of full-time experience in an architectural consultancy or multidisciplinary design studio.⚠️ Freelance, internship, or part-time experience will not be considered.⚠️No civil engineering background.This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone confident in managing client interactions, site coordination, and translating complex designs into precise construction documentation.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed architectural, working, and coordination drawings aligned with project requirements- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to drive smooth execution- Translate design intent into accurate construction-level drawings- Handle site queries and support execution with timely design inputs- Join client presentations, internal design reviews, and team discussions- Collaborate with senior architects to refine and detail architectural concepts- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project schedulesRequired Skills & Software Proficiency:AutoCAD (or equivalent): Drafting, detailing & documentationSketchUp: 3D modeling & spatial visualizationAdobe Photoshop: Presentations & graphic communicationMS Office: Reporting & documentationWhat We Value:✅ A strong eye for design and detailing✅ Clear communication and professional client engagement✅ Proactive problem-solving at site and studio level✅ Passion for sustainable and contextual designWhy Join ADCO?At ADCO, you’ll work on meaningful projects that shape communities.
