Quality Analyst

• Process: Collection & Revenue Assurance
• Primary Role of the Position: The QA/QC Collection will play a very important and critical role in auditing the Collection-Journey of processes, employees and system falling under the purview of Collection Skillset:
• He / She will be responsible for producing detailed quality performance daily/weekly/monthly reports that support the Collection Operations Team
• Assist in continuous improvement of processes, systems and people through insights and data analysis
• Conduct regular feedback and briefing sessions for Ops Team
• He / She will play a major role in communicating deficiencies to the Collection Department and confirming corrective actions
• Review/Analyse correctness and completeness of information updated on Tools (Sales Force / Portals)
• Display logical reasoning and thorough understanding of math wherever required
• Escalate files/cases with suspected fraudulent activity to the Quality Manager
• Act as a SPOC (single point of contact) between Operations stakeholder and various functional teams for agreed measures of success and skill set goals
• Develop strong inter-personal relationship with the Operations Team by attending regular calibration session with Quality Manager, Sales Force Team and other stakeholders
• Conduct Audits for Operations and share variance with respective stakeholders
• Provide hands-on assistance to your team/stakeholders in case of problems, both, through direct intervention and mentoring through periodic meet with Sales Force Team, Operations and Quality Manager to drive team performance
• Work in collaboration with high integrity, optimistic, business and customer centric approach with other departments • Maintain high level of accuracy in all the tasks and meet dead-lines consistently
• Keen-eye for minute details - Sharp in analysing anomalies in people-function / system / process and providing insights in a timely manner Other Tasks & Competencies: The QA/QC Collection will be part of the Quality Team which will act as an independent review and evaluation of compliance and employee-call / task quality as well as the Customer Experience
• Assist in reviewing procedures to ensure key processes are identified and conform to the organisational policies, standards and procedures
• Assist in setting up the Quality Measures / Parameters for Process upon the launch/after sales of new products
• Assist in creation of ‘Definition Document’ / ‘Document Control’ for the audits to be performed
• Identify CTQ Parameters with clear understanding of the impact to the Business, Internal and External Customers
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy in departmental productivity and Quality Team Goals
• Communicate and facilitate effectively within the quality function, conduct training, review team process, procedures and regulatory changes as necessary
• Provide sufficient and timely reporting to the Management / Stakeholders as required
• Participate in reviewing and maintaining all quality scripts, procedures and methodologies pertaining to respective products
• Participate in the identification and monitoring of trends to provide consistent and actionable feedback to management on gaps in need of improvement
• Need to be the knowledge-hub for the product and processes of the skillset audited by the Qa
Requirements Required / Preferred Qualification:
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) (preferred) -- Knowledge/ practice of New 7 QC Tools -- Basic Understanding of DMAIC Methodology and Process -- Lean Methodology: Kaizen through problem solving tools and methods (Time & Motion Study / Ishikawa / Pareto / 5Why, etc)
• Proficient in MS Office (required)
• Experience of working in a Quality role in Collections/Recoveries Contact Centre and assessing customer situations and customer journey (required)
• 12+ months of QA experience in evaluating and auditing Collection Skillset (required)
• Prior work experience with Debt Recovery Agencies will be an added advantage (preferred)
• Graduate (mandatory) with a Commerce/Finance background (preferred)
