Role description:
This role is part of Arcadis Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. Role accountabilities:
Proficiency & understanding of Project Management tools and the procedures to be followed that make process efficient. Providing services from the Pursuit-to-win stage to Deliver-to-result as per Arcadis Way principles. Apply technical methods and expertise to complete tasks to a professional level and interpret the established policies to effectively support client requirements / project scope. Contribute to a range of assignments by undertaking practical tasks, monitoring, and reviewing work undertaken by more junior colleagues and work with senior colleagues to ensure programs of work are undertaken and project milestones are met. Co-ordinate with Task Managers / Team Leaders within the GEC to ensure high-quality information and effective communication to the internal or external client. Collaboration with PMO team by adding our insights and experience to arrive at efficient management tools. Interpret data and prepare supporting documentation, making straightforward recommendations to support junior and senior colleagues in their decision-making process. Primary focus will be providing support at Pursuit-to-win (PtW) in updating opportunities in Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC). Mentor and train the junior level staff during and after the on-boarding of staff in a smooth and effective manner. Develop and prepare any specific reporting requirement of Project Managers, Power BI & Project Health reports. Closely monitor all aspects of Project Management for live projects and advise Project Manager(s) of progress and trends on spends, Multipliers & Project reviews. Willingness to learn and adapt new tools and system/processes.Qualifications & Experience:
Must have a bachelors degree in commerce, preference will be given for masters in business administration 6+ years related experience in Project accounting, Project Management & Project co-ordination Based on project requirements, should be available to support region Project Managers Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory.
