Role Summary

Drive innovation in PropTech by applying
AI/ML

to design and ship intelligent spatial and workflow

automation. You'll prototype end‑to‑end solutions, turn research into production services (APIs

and lightweight UIs), and collaborate with product/design to deliver measurable business

impact.

Python (3+ years)
building and deploying enterprise‑grade products; strong production

practices (typing, packaging, testing, CI/CD).

Computational Geometry
: Shapely/GeoPandas, polygon ops (buffer, union, difference),

point‑in‑polygon, path planning.

Computer Vision
: OpenCV, image → vector pipelines, contour/edge detection, line/arc

fitting.

CAD/Spatial Formats
: DXF/DWG, SVG, GeoJSON; coordinate systems and unit

conversions.

Machine Learning:
strong fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised), model training &

evaluation
