The Vice President of Projects will be responsible for overseeing all commercial real estate projects within the company. This senior leadership role demands a high level of expertise in project management, real estate development, and commercial construction. The VP of Projects will lead a team of project managers, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Develop and implement project strategies aligned with the company's business goals.- Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial real estate projects from inception to completion.- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and other project staff.- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.- Establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.- Implement and oversee project management methodologies and best practices.- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.- Maintain effective communication channels and manage stakeholder expectations.- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.- Develop and manage project budgets.- Monitor financial performance and ensure cost control measures are in place.- Identify and assess project risks and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.- Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols.- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project standards are met.- Address any deficiencies and implement corrective actions.- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
