Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Senior Purchase Manager
at Delhi Public School, Nacharam. The Senior Purchase Manager will oversee and manage procurement operations across all five branches of DPS — Nacharam, Mahendra Hills, Nadergul, Santosh Nagar, and Aerocity. The role involves reviewing and processing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, ensuring quality and timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The Senior Purchase Manager will also coordinate with various departments, lead the purchasing team, and ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement practices across branches.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of proven experience in purchase/procurement management, preferably in large organizations with multi-location operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in vendor management, price negotiations, and contract handling
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and ensure smooth procurement processes
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
