Also, since the organisation deals with multiple products and multiple customers wherethere is always a financial impact involved, it is critical to ensure the support process worksseamlessly. Since the role is customer facing, the person playing the role will have to be fairly hands onin understanding the application functionality and guiding the team to review if its afunctional issue or a technical one needing deep dive.Enabling Skill Sets & Qualifications The skills required for this role are stakeholder relationship management, goodunderstanding of the lending & transaction banking domain, broad understanding ofsoftware architecture domain, and a working knowledge of general IT systems & processes. Education and experience required for this role is graduate with 10+ years of experience inworking in IT projects managing support for enterprise applications. Understanding of ITIL processes. Should ideally have worked atleast for 12 months in a lead support role for any fintecharound lending or payment with hands on experience of supporting the application.Team/Resources to Handle as Direct ReporteesThe Support Lead will handle a team of: Helpdesk resources Support Engineers
