This role is required to handle the Production Support in PeopleSoft Finance Global, China and Indonesia applications, and this is one of the key role in the GL squad (General Ledger (GL), Asset Management (AM) and Lease Administration (LA) areas) to meet the deliverables.

What will your day look like

This role is required to handle the Production Support in PeopleSoft Finance Global, China and Indonesia applications, and this is one of the key role in the GL squad (General Ledger (GL), Asset Management (AM) and Lease Administration (LA) areas) to meet the deliverables This role is required to handle Production Support in PeopleSoft Finance Global, China and Indonesia applications. Handle the PeopleSoft Financial module in the General Ledger (GL), Asset Management (AM) and Lease Administration (LA) areas) to meet the deliverables. Handle the PeopleSoft technical work in the area of App designer, SQR, SQL and Control-m. Supporting batch activities, incident management processes, and problem record fixing.

What will you bring?

The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:

Must have 5+ years of relevant experience  Having in-depth Techno-Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FMS modules like General Ledger, Asset Management, and Lease Administration (at least one module) is a must. PeopleSoft technical skills (App designer, SQR, SQL, nVisions) are a must. Should have experience in supporting batch activities, incident management processes, and problem record fixing. Having experience in the usage of tools like SNOW, JIRA, or any other incident ticketing system. Good communication skills (written and verbal).

The ‘good to have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:

Experience with the Control-M tool and the Agile Framework is an added advantage. Should be flexible in working shifts (when needed) to support the batch.
