Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Rohtak. The Production Manager will oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, supervising production staff, implementing process improvements, managing inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are adhered to.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in manufacturing and production management
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
