Our products include carrier-grade optical transmission (based on DWDM/PTN/OTN technologies), fiber broadband (based on GPON/NG-PON), broadband wireless (based on LTE 4G/5G) as well as multi-gigabit Ethernet/IP switching and routing products that are fully designed and manufactured in India…a true pioneer of “Make in India” initiative.
Tejas is one of the leading innovators in India’s ICT sector with over 440+ patents and a large repository of 330+ semiconductor IPs. Tejas is actively contributing to global 5G standards through its work in India’s telecom standards organization (TSDSI). All this has been done with an energetic & dedicated team of engineers, for whom no problem is unsolvable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a technical expert, you will contribute in product development and delivery including planning, requirement analysis, design, implementation, validation, verification and field testing.Analyze and prioritize various features for different sub-systems to get a synchronized system delivery in a phased manner.Closely work with other teams and partners to carry out system integration and user acceptance testing.Focus to continuously improve system performance with quality deliverables.
Mandatory Skills:
5+ yrs experience from B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE) or any other equivalent degree.Should have hands on experience in LTE Mac Scheduler, 3GPP Layer 2 Design and ImplementationCandidate should possess in depth knowledge of 3GPP Specification - specifically Layer 2 and Layer 3In depth understanding of Layer1 - Layer2 interfaces and Layer2 - Layer3 interfacesMust have knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, UDP etc.Must have experience in debugging complex real time issues, log file analysis etc.Senior positions should have experience in Architecting LTE system/NR Systems.Experience on usage of LTE / 5G NRtest equipment is desirable.

Familiar with any of these technologies MAC, RLC, PDCP, QoS Scheduling, SPS, TTI Bundling, Link Adaptation, GTP-C, GTP-U
